As we are growing, we are looking for an experienced server and back waiter to join our team.
Server
General Accountabilities:
Presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food.
Takes customer orders by writing them down or memorizing them.
Presents orders to the cooks on behalf of the patrons.
Serves customers their pre-ordered food.
Observes diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed.
Totals bill and accepts payment or refers patron to cashier.
Clears or resets table at the end of each course.
Thanks patrons and kindly invites them back for future dining.

Back Waiter
General Accountabilities:
Maintains verbal communication with chefs to check on the status of dishes, and calls for waitstaff when food is ready to serve.
Keeps staff well-informed and alerts the waitstaff when the kitchen is out of a specific ingredient and relays special food requests from the waitstaff to the kitchen.
Meets presentation standards by inspecting every plate to make sure the proper garnishes have been applied and that dishes are free of smudges and spills before being delivered to the customer.
Keeps kitchen areas clean and orderly in all cooking, prep, and food storage areas, keeping these areas neat, well organized, and stocked with ingredients.
Adheres to sanitation standards to make sure all kitchen and waitstaff follow sanitation standards keeping themselves, their tools, and their work areas clean and presentable.
Assists all staff as needed, serving plates of food, and assisting with management tasks restaurant-wide.
Addresses customer complaints by serving as a face for the kitchen staff and finding solutions that will satisfy customers.
