Café Mulberry, opening soon in Nolita! We are an all-day European style Café serving food, coffee, wine and beer. With both a takeout counter and full service dining, our focus will be on impeccable service and guest experiences. We believe that as the face of our business, our team is one of our most valuable assets and we are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team.

We will be holding an Open Call for Baristas, Servers, Runners, Cooks, and Dishwashers at the following details:

WHEN: Wednesday November 13, 2025. We will be interviewing between 2pm and 4pm. WHERE: The Mulberry Bar at 240 Mulberry St., Lower Level, NY, NY 10012
WHAT: Please bring a printed resume.
WHO: All positions must meet, but are not limited to, the following list of qualifications.

Qualifications:
- Positive attitude, ability to remain calm, efficient, and problem solve under pressure
- Thorough knowledge of your craft
- Impeccable attention to the guest experience
- Must be able to work as part of a team, both taking direction and self-motivating
- Must take pride in the quality, consistency, and presentation of all items served
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures
- Department of health compliance
- Prior experience in high volume service
- Must be able to taste – to be able to distinguish between and among flavors, spices, temperatures, mouth feel and smell – to distinguish between and among odors and scents as to their appeal and level of intensity for all food and beverage products
- Must be able to work in an environment subject to extreme cold (30 degrees), heat (temperatures above 100 degrees), loud noises from restaurant equipment, machinery, and music
- Must be able to communicate effectively and listen attentively to supervisors, other team members, vendors and guests
- Ability to understand communication in English

Physical Requirements:
- Walk and stand for entire shift
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and lifting
- Able to work efficiently in crowded and/or tight areas
- Hazards include, but are not limited to: cuts from broken glass and metal cans, burns, slipping and tripping
