We're a small female-owned Asian restuarant expanding to a second location. Looking for a manager who can help with opening the second location in the next couple of weeks.
Criteria:
Reliable and trustworthy
Team player / friendly
Willing to be cross trained and fill in wherever needed in the front or back of house
Prefer someone who can speak both English/Spanish or English/Burmese
At least 2 years of restaurant experience either in the front or back of the house
At least 1 year of customer facing experience
Available at least 5 days a week and willing to work on weekends.
Responsibilities:
Helping with the opening/closing tasks
Manage this staff schedule and communications.
Customer service
Fill in wherever needed when staff calls out
May need to bike from one location to another to deliver inventory (the two stores are close to each other)
Hours/compensations:
To be discussed in person but must be available full time if needed.
