Busy Italian upsacle restaurant seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our team. Candidates must be skilled in sauté, grill, fry, and prep, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience in a busy restaurant environment. Italian cuisine preferred.
Strong skills in sauté, grill, fry, and prep; clean and debone fish; prepare meats, sauces.
Food Handler’s Certificate a plus
Available Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–10:00 PM, and Saturday, 3:00 PM–9:00 PM
Compensation: $27.50 per hour (negotiable)
