We’re holding an Open Call for an experienced Lead Prep Cook to join our team at Mino Brasserie, a busy French brasserie in the heart of the West Village.

🕐 Time: 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM
Position: Full-Time Lead Prep Cook
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Pay: $24/hour
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of professional kitchen experience.
Must have a valid NYC Food Protection Certificate (Health Dept Card).
Strong leadership and organization skills — ability to oversee daily prep and support the chef team.
Excellent knife skills and attention to detail.
Reliable, clean, and team-oriented.
Ability to manage inventory, storage, and product rotation.
Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate all prep operations.
Follow recipes and maintain consistency and quality.
Supervise prep cooks and ensure kitchen cleanliness.
Assist with deliveries, labeling, and storage organization.
Communicate daily with the chef about prep needs and priorities.
