💵 Compensation
Full-Time: $800/week (40+ hours/week)
Part-Time: $500/week (30+ hours/week)

As a Back of House Baker at Posh Pop, you’ll be the magic behind our desserts—crafting beautiful, gluten-free treats that our customers love. From mixing and baking to decorating and finishing, your skills will bring our signature creations to life while upholding the highest standards of food safety and quality.
