New York’s premier gluten-free dessert destination is expanding! We’re opening new locations across NYC and looking for talented, detail-oriented, and experienced Back of House Bakers to join our growing family.
💵 Compensation
Full-Time: $800/week (40+ hours/week)
Part-Time: $500/week (30+ hours/week)
🧁 About the Role
As a Back of House Baker at Posh Pop, you’ll be the magic behind our desserts—crafting beautiful, gluten-free treats that our customers love. From mixing and baking to decorating and finishing, your skills will bring our signature creations to life while upholding the highest standards of food safety and quality.
✨ Responsibilities
Prepare and bake a variety of gluten-free desserts (cakes, brownies, cookies, cheesecakes, cake pops, etc.)
Accurately follow recipes and portion guidelines
Operate bakery equipment safely (mixers, ovens, fridges, freezers)
Decorate, finish, and package products with precision and care
Ensure food safety, proper labeling, FIFO, and cleanliness standards
Assist with inventory, restocking, and daily kitchen organization
Support closing/opening duties as assigned
📌 Requirements
2+ years professional baking or pastry experience
Strong attention to detail, time management, and consistency
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
