JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for hospitality naturals who are passionate about food, gourmet products, and caviar to join our team at our downtown - Marky’s Caviar Tribeca location (HUSO). www.husony.com
This position will greet and assist retail and restaurant customers, answer phone calls, handle coat check, process UberEats/Doordash orders, help maintain store cleanliness, and be fully educated on Marky’s Caviar gourmet selection (especially Caviar).
This position requires an energetic, positive, organized, and proactive nature in a busy and demanding setting.
Host/Reservationist experience working with RESY is preferred. Proficiency in English is required.
SCHEDULE:
Part-time and Full-time roles available.
Schedule: AM shift (10am-6pm) / PM shift (5pm-12am)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers and assist them with locating products and/or answering any questions
- Assist customers over the phone (advise on reservation availability, manage Resy availability)
- Use Clover POS to ring up and process transactions as a cashier for customers
- Re-stock shelves with products and monitor stock levels
- Ensure FIFO procedures are followed
- Ensure all food items are stored according to health and safety regulations (maintain proper fridge temperatures)
- Process incoming UberEats, Doordash and pick-up orders
