All candidates should have a passion for hospitality! Our guests are most important to us, and we go out of our way to ensure their happiness. Have a service mentality and mindset, willing to learn our steps of service and details of our food and beverage program.
Be a self starter, honest, with a strong work ethic.
Thrive and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
Be a people person and a team player;
Be punctual, outgoing, congenial, bubbly and energetic;
Have a great knowledge of craft beer, wine and cocktails.
Preferred but not required:
TIPS/ServSafe Certified
NYC DOHMH Food Protection Certified;
