Position: Market Attendant
Reports To: Management
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Experience: 1- 3 years of experience in a comparable position, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Compensation: $16.50-$19.00/hour, based on experience
Availability: Open availability
Role and Responsibilities:
- Complete opening and closing procedures in a timely manner
- Teamwork - work well with members of service team including
cooks, bartenders, and vendors
- Prepare common area for patrons by cleaning tables and chairs
- Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and
safety policies
- Ensure all booths in the facility are stocked and ready for service
- Perform hourly, daily, and weekly cleaning, maintenance tasks
- Manage inventory of all cleaning supplies, maintenance supplies
- Welcome guests, guide them in the food hall (to the bathrooms,
vendors booths, etc.)
- Close dining facility by cleaning tables and putting up chairs, sweep and mop floors, and remove trash and recyclables from the facility
- Know and understand vendors' food offering and location

Position: Bartender/Server

Description:
• Prepare bar and keep it well stocked with ice, liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, condiments, candles, napkins, straws, service plates, glassware and utensils
• Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
• Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated guests
• Check customers’ identification and confirm they meet legal drinking age
• Prepare and sell alcohol or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Create a positive guest experience by guiding guests through the menu, recommending spirits, beer, cocktails, and aperitifs; suggesting courses; explaining the chef's specialties; identifying appropriate wines; answering food preparation questions.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items and answer questions regarding food and drink items and their preparation
• Keep kitchen staff informed with timing of meal progression
• Maintain bar setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; replenishing beverages; refilling water glasses; being alert to patron spills or other special needs.
• Ensure consistently clean glasses, silverware, table setups and working areas
• Deliver an amazing guest experience through the best combination of food, wine and bar service
• Participate in all incentives and contests, driving sales and promoting the brand
• Follow portion guidelines to ensure cost control, while maximizing the guest
experience
• Ensure all financial transactions are accurate by operating credit card machines correctly, calculating and returning appropriate change
