**Niku X** is a fast-paced, trendy Japanese BBQ & Hotpot spot in the heart of Manhattan, and we’re looking for a **Busser / Busser Assistant** to keep the vibe flawless and the tables clean. If you move quickly, pay attention to details, and want to be part of a dope team, this is your sign.
**What you’ll do (aka the mission):**
* Clear, reset, and sanitize tables like a pro
* Support the servers by keeping the dining room stocked and clean
* Bring water, plates, utensils, sauces to tables when needed
* Sweep, wipe, organize the floor and station areas
* Help maintain the flow so guests leave saying “best meal ever”
* Be a silent hero of cleanliness and efficiency
**What we want from you:**
* Hustle mentality (you don’t stand around)
* Works well under pressure (BBQ smoke doesn’t scare you)
* Team player energy
* No experience needed but a **restaurant background is a huge plus**
* Basic English is enough – communication > perfection
* Reliable schedule and shows up on time
* Can lift dishes, trays, bins, and handle long shifts
