Hill Country Barbecue Market is on the hunt for a passionate, talented, and ambitious BOH SUPERVISOR to help lead our operations in the heart of Manhattan.
This is the job for a hospitality professional who enjoys working with staff in the kitchen and providing ongoing training to provide the best level of customer service possible.
What you will do:
Assist the Chef with staff training and development
Ensure recipes, policies and procedures are being followed
Work the line as needed helping with catering orders, events and a la carte service
