We are seeking a polished, professional, and guest-focused Maitre d’ / Floor Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, excel at creating memorable guest experiences, and be confident in leading floor operations with energy and grace.
Responsibilities
• Greet and engage guests with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Manage reservations, seating flow, and waitlist to maximize guest satisfaction and table turns
• Oversee and support front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and high standards
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns with discretion and poise
• Communicate effectively with the bar, kitchen, and management teams to ensure smooth operations
• Uphold brand standards for hospitality, cleanliness, and service quality
Qualifications
• Previous experience as a Maitre d’, Floor Manager, or in a high-volume, guest-facing leadership role preferred
• Familiarity with Resy or OpenTable reservation systems (preferred, but not required)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to lead and motivate staff
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with a focus on creating a welcoming guest environment
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
