We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant – Operations to work directly with ownership across a fast-paced hospitality business, with involvement in launching a new venue.
This is not a traditional assistant role. You will be responsible for driving execution, solving problems, and ensuring tasks are completed
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute operational tasks with different departments
Ensure menus, tickets, and online platforms are accurate and up to date
Troubleshoot issues across reservations, events, and internal systems
Communicate with vendors, maintenance teams, and service providers
Oversee repairs, deliveries, and ongoing operational needs
Track tasks and ensure completion — no loose ends
Assist with setup, signage, logistics, and daily execution
Support ownership in opening and launching a new venue
