Wednesday, November 12th, 6:30 AM – 1:30 PM (Event)
ATN Event Staffing is seeking professional, reliable, and bilingual (Arabic/English) Event Staff to support an upcoming international business conference. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-level forum that brings together business leaders and policymakers to explore strategic collaboration and emerging global economic opportunities.
Position Overview:
As part of the event staff team, you will provide general support to ensure a seamless experience for all attendees. This role requires a professional, courteous demeanor and the ability to engage effectively with an international audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist at registration areas, guiding attendees through check-in and managing queues.
- Operate check-in desks and kiosks to facilitate smooth guest flow.
- Direct attendees to the main event spaces following badge issuance.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional presence for international guests.
- Perform additional event tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Fluent and conversational in Arabic and English
- Outgoing, friendly, and professional, with strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
- Proactive in engaging and assisting attendees
