Dolly Varden and Dolly's Hideaway is a two-floor concept with fun cocktails and great food.
The position requires applicants who are passionate about the service industry, and energetic with an outgoing personality to enable seamless integration with our existing team. We are currently seeking highly motivated host and reservationist applicants to join our existing team on a full-time basis. Candidates must be self-starters and be able to manage a high volume of front-of-house guest relations.
Duties will include greeting, hosting, seating guests, ensuring tables are ready, and assisting the entire FOH team to ensure guests' needs are met at all times.
What you'll bring to the team:
- Casual Dining Experience
- Fast-Paced Experience
- Fluent in English; spanish is a plus
- Friendly, outgoing personality and excellent communication skills
-Takes Initiative
- Professional and Polished appearance
- Must be able to work standing and walking for extended periods; lift 30+ lbs
- Open Table Experience is Preferred but not required
Schedule: Full Time
Experience: Minimum 1 year of front guest facing experience
Atmosphere: Neighborhood Casual
