Top-tier cocktail program seeking a full time barback. This is for evening/ night shifts, and you must be available at least 5 days a week.
Barback duties include:
- Bar setup and breakdown
- Juicing
- Prepping fruits, infusions, syrups
- Support bar staff through shift (refilling and replacing bottles, juices, garnishes)
- Glass washing etc.
- Cleaning stations during and after the shift
Please have the following:
- Similar experience (cocktails, fine dining)
- Strong work ethic
- Team-oriented nature
- Strong references
- Attention to detail
- Cleanliness
