Chef Manager | TOKIODELIC | Now Hiring (Chinatown / Lit Italy)

TOKIODELIC is a Japanese-forward, uniquely New York café and bar located in the heart of SoHo.  TOKIODELIC fuses Tokyo street food and café culture with the vibrant spirit of NYC’s art, music, and fashion scenes.

We are seeking a passionate and imaginative Chef or Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in creative, fast-paced environments and is excited to help shape a genre-bending restaurant that reflects Japanese inspiration through a contemporary, kawaii lens.

• 2+ years kitchen experience (professional or pop-up, café or restaurant)
• Comfort with Japanese ingredients and techniques — or an eagerness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team
• A creative spirit and an eye for aesthetics and presentation
• Food handler’s certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Respect for cleanliness, organization, and health codes
