With over 100 locations in Japan and Hong Kong, FTG continues to grow and expand in the United States.
Our Midtown East location is looking for a friendly and motivated part-time Server/Bartender to join our dinner service team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys Japanese food, hospitality, and working in a team-oriented environment. There is room to grow within the company!
What we’re looking for:
2+ years of serving experience in a Japanese restaurant
2+ years of bartending experience (sake, cocktails, shochu, Japanese whisky)
-A positive attitude and strong team spirit
-Reliable, responsible, flexible, and punctual
-Honest with good cash-handling skills
-Guest-focused with a sales-minded approach
-Excellent hospitality and customer service skills
-Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time well
-Keep your workstation clean and organized
