As a bartender, your responsibilities will include:
Mixing and serving drinks to guests accurately and efficiently
Seeking a bartender who can turn first time guests into loyal regulars by bringing a fun, high energy, party atmosphere to every shift-keeping the vibe alive even on slower shifts.
Providing excellent customer service, including taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations
Maintaining a clean and organized bar area
Controlling inventory and minimizing waste
Working effectively as part of a team
To be successful in this role, you should have:
At least 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume bar
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beer
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
A passion for creating delicious drinks and providing exceptional customer service
