The Barback/Busser supports bar and front-of-house operations by maintaining clean, functional, and guest-ready spaces. This role assists bartenders and service staff to ensure smooth service flow and an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep guest-facing areas clean, orderly, and welcoming.
- Wash and organize dishes, glassware, and service tools efficiently.
- Assist bartenders and support front-of-house staff as needed.
- Maintain clean, stocked, and functional work areas throughout service.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a barback, busser, or dishwasher preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with a professional, reliable attitude.
- Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
