-Mix, boil, and bake bagels following established recipes.
-Ensure consistent quality, size, and appearance of baked goods.
-Track inventory and communicate ingredient or supply needs.
-Operate and monitor ovens and baking equipment safely and accurately.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area.
-Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
Requirements:
-Previous baking experience preferred (bagel experience a plus; training available).
-Ability to work early mornings (as early as 3–4 AM).
-Strong attention to detail, timing, and consistency.
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
