Responsibilities
Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations, including guest check-in/check-out procedures and front desk activities
Supervise front desk staff to ensure efficient and friendly guest services, including handling guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests
Manage guest relations to promote satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring all guests receive personalized attention
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Oversee night audit processes, ensuring accurate financial reconciliation and reporting
Maintain multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette while managing reservations and inquiries
Support training and development of front desk staff to uphold service standards
Assist in implementing hotel policies and procedures aligned with hospitality management best practices
Skills
Proven experience in hospitality management, hotel operations, or front desk roles within a resort or hotel environment
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs diplomatically and efficiently
Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for effective guest interaction
Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems
Familiarity with night audit procedures and guest relations strategies
Ability to lead a team, demonstrate professionalism, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
Exceptional phone etiquette and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
