Responsibilities:

• Lead menu development for à la carte and tasting menus

• Inspire and train the culinary team

• Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation

• Manage kitchen operations, budgets, and suppliers

• Collaborate with ownership on concept growth and guest experience

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in fine dining Japanese cuisine

• Proven leadership as Head or Executive Chef

• Strong creative vision and artistry in plating

• Based in North America
