Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of pizza slices, calzones, and drinks according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area, including food preparation stations and dining areas.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
Handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately process payments.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Stay knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
Requirements
Previous 5+ years experience in the food service industry or pizza environment in NYC.
Familiarity with retail math to assist in managing inventory and sales effectively.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create positive interactions with guests.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
Knowledge of food and drink preparation techniques and food handling practices is desirable.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
