POSITION TITLE: Customer Service Representative (New York City)
Successful Corporate Company is Currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for our client. We are located in the Downtown NY City District area. Professional training will be provided! The ideal candidate will possess previous customer service experience. This individual will be responsible for working with our clients and making sure our customers are content. This is a great opportunity to become part of a growing and successful company.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
- Handle inquiries (processing applications, answering questions regarding there accounts, updating our clients into our program) and the end-to-end process explaining everything that they understand
- Work effectively with team members including managers, leaders etc
-This is a professional environment.
Requirements of the working individual:
- At least 1-3 years of previous customer service, any type of working reactions with clients/customers
- Full time availability
-Verbal and phone skills needed
-Excellent work ethic (Time Management, professionalism, proficient in written and verbal skills)
This is an Evaluation hire. The hours are Mon-Fri and Saturdays are required. The compensation is a weekly salary with pay raises after a certain amount of time in your employment.
