We are a national law firm conducting focus groups on behalf of other law firms regarding potential civil and criminal cases. You must be willing to listen and engage in a group discussion. No prior experience or knowledge is required. Confidentiality required. Please do not reply if you are a lawyer or work for a law firm.
Participants will need their own laptop, I-pad, or tablet with a speaker, microphone and internet connection to participate as the project will be conducted by video-conference. No cellphones please. If you log in with a cellphone, you will be asked to leave. A paper and pen is required for notes.
Participants will view a video presentations in a criminal matter and provide their honest opinions. The jury research project will be by video conference on Monday, February 16th, from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. (EST). $30/hr. per hour, lasting no longer than 2 hours. Payment will be made through Paypal unless a check is requested.

If payment is made through Paypal, we shall pay you through the original sign-up email. No changes will be allowed. If you cannot understand and speak English, then we cannot use you because we only speak English. You will have to provide us with an address in the US and show an ID that matches that address and matches the name given to us. If at the end of the Focus Group session, you ask us to send your payment (a paper check) somewhere other than the address that matches your ID, then you will not be paid. If you cannot meet these requirements, then we have the right to remove you from the Focus Group at the beginning of it.

If you do not receive a response by that time, then you have not been selected to participate. Any participants attempting to join after 2:30 p.m. will not be permitted into the discussion.
