Hi! We have a small 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment, and are seeking a cleaner that could come in once (and sometimes even twice) a week for cleaning services. Every time must be cleaned the same exact way - we need things cleaned our way; you can add onto the cleaning with anything extra but it must be cleaned our way every time. For an example - all sheets (two bedrooms) and sofa covers (one sofa in the living room) are to be taken off and cleaned in the main washer in the building. Then everything else in the house has to be dusted, vacuumed, and bathrooms and kitchens need to be spray cleaned with Lysol. The floors need to be cleaned with a wet towel that’s blended in with a Lysol based cleaner - so, you’ll have to manually clean the floors with your hands.
Maybe twice a month (especially the first cleaning), the inside of the oven and fridge would need to be cleaned as well. Also, certain cabinets organized.
This is the exact way we’ve been cleaning the house every time, so we’re expecting the cleaner to do the same.
