We are looking for an experienced Lighting Designer for a church/venue located in the Upper East Side of Manhattan.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
🔹 Maintain and renew the current lighting system
🔹 Plan and design lighting for different types of events (worship services, concerts, conferences, special productions, etc.)
🔹 Ensure lighting supports the atmosphere, aesthetics, and functionality of the space
REQUIREMENTS:
🔹 Proven experience in lighting design and operation for venues, churches, theaters, or live events
🔹 Strong technical knowledge of lighting control, rigging, and programming
🔹 Experience with DMX systems and Lightkey software preferred
🔹 Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
🔹 Creativity to propose improvements and solutions
