We are seeking a professional and dependable Front Desk Lobby Attendant to serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors in a high-traffic residential/commercial building. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, maintain security awareness, and ensure smooth daily lobby operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Monitor lobby activity and maintain building security protocols
• Check IDs and issue visitor passes when required
• Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
• Log packages, deliveries, and service requests
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment
• Report incidents, maintenance issues, or suspicious activity to management
• Support building staff with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
• Prior front desk, concierge, security, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Basic computer and phone system knowledge
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• High school diploma or GED required

• Experience in residential buildings, corporate offices, or hotels
