Arcade Edit is a Post Production house based in New York City. We are looking for a Front Desk / Client Services team member who is looking to learn and grow in our company.
This is a full time position, with a 3 month trial period that requires in-person office work daily. Candidate must be reliable, punctual, focused, with the ability to multi-task and available to work long days/weekends, when necessary.
Client Services and Receptionist Functions include:
- At least 3 years restaurant experience
- Ability to order, set up and serve catered breakfast and lunch
- Order and serve afternoon snacks
- Ability to order and serve dinner for late night client work
- Order groceries, toiletries and office supplies online
- Perform coffee runs and other office errands
- Ability to maintain a well-organized kitchen pantry and clean kitchen
- Answer and screen all incoming telephone calls
- Meet and greet clients
- Possess a friendly, professional and courteous demeanor
- Excellent math skills a plus for expense coding
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, File Maker and Google docs
- Update and distribute edit sessions schedule on a daily basis
Pay rate:
$17.50 per hour plus overtime (1.5x) after 40 hours per week.
