A High End Consumer Products firm seeks a Customer Service Rep
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assess and identify client’s needs to achieve maximum satisfaction while managing large volumes of calls and web chats
· Respond promptly to clientele inquiries in a professional manner by providing product insight, availability, and company processes
· Resolve product or servicing issues by clarifying the client’s complaint, following up with warehouse, explaining the best solution or alternatives to solve the problem and expediting a solution
· Maintain positive and empathetic professional attitudes towards clients at all times
· Data entry and processing of orders, reserves, samples, book requests as well as registering new client accounts
· Effectively and efficiency manage assigned showrooms acting as their main point of contact for resolving issues, building positive rapports, and achieve win-win outcomes
· Communicate and coordinate with colleagues, managers and clients respectfully when necessary by adhering to company policies and procedures
· Coordinate internally with various departments assisting in facilitating client needs and requests.
Must have 1+ year Customer Service experience in a professional setting.
