Leather Spa is the industry leader in luxury shoe, handbag, and garment repair. We are currently seeking an experienced, high-energy Full-Time Customer Service Representative for one of our premier Manhattan boutiques.
At Leather Spa, you are a consultant for luxury care. You will join a dynamic fashion family dedicated to craftsmanship and superior client experiences.
THE ROLE
- Provide a world-class service experience to our luxury clientele.
- Consult with clients on repair, alteration, and cleaning needs.
- Drive business revenue through client conversion and retention.
- Inspire customer loyalty by being a proactive problem-solver.
COMPENSATION and BENEFITS
- Starting Salary: 43,000 to 50,000 dollars yearly (Based on experience).
- Commission: Ten percent on sales of leather care products and accessories.
- Healthcare: Medical benefits are available (contributory/employee-sponsored).
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Experience: 2 or more years of consistent customer service or retail.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with footwear, handbags, and leather accessories.
- Traits: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and emotionally intelligent.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient with email and POS systems.
REQUIREMENTS
Full-time position. Weekends and holidays are a must.
