We are currently seeking motivated candidates to join our team as Concierge and Front Desk Attendants. Royale Company partners with luxury apartments and condominiums to deliver exceptional service to residents and their guests. We provide hands-on training and mentorship to help our team succeed in high-end, professional environments.
Position Overview:
As a Concierge/Front Desk Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors. You’ll assist with daily operations and support property management with various tasks, including:
Assisting residents with package retrieval
Maintaining and updating visitor logs
Supporting resident requests (e.g., arranging transportation, assisting guests)
Keeping the front desk area organized and presentable

Qualifications:
Entry-level position (no prior front desk experience required)
Previous customer service experience preferred
