KEA is looking for highly motivated individuals to help run the day to day operations of our patform.
We started KEA to build the required infrastructure to re-invigorate voice as a business channel. We have embarked on a journey to become the de facto voice automation platform for businesses.
KEA is a voice recognition platform that processes and places orders automatically for merchants when customers call in.
What you'll do:
-watch over all internal systems to ensure orders are being processed as expected
-identify situations when to turn systems on and off as needed
-work under and report directly to our Director Of Operations
-Flexible schedule! While this is a remote position weekends, mornings and evenings will be required as we operate 7 days a week in all US time zones
-Ability to type 40 wpm
-General knowledge of Google Suite applications
-Can do attitude with a willingness to learn!
