We're an established creative group of 16 talented members with solid traction, looking to expand our team with skilled engineers who are passionate about their craft.
We're building a movement - and these are the key roles that will help us generate compelling content and create true works of art that resonate with audiences.
We have the talent, now we just need the creative backbone!
🎯 What We're Looking For:
2 Audio Engineers
-Proficient in Logic Pro or Pro Tools
-Strong understanding of plugins and signal processing
-Skilled in mixing and basic leveling
-Able to deliver near-master-ready productions
2 Video Editors
-Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar professional software
-Hardware: Multi-core processor (Intel i5/i7 or equivalent), minimum 16GB RAM, dedicated graphics card
-Knowledge of color correction, audio syncing, and motion graphics
-Can create smooth transitions, apply effects, and deliver export-ready files
-Understanding of various video formats and compression standards
2 Graphic Designers
-Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
-Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and composition principles
-Create thumbnails, logos, social media graphics, and promotional materials
-Experience with brand consistency and visual identity design
-Hardware: Minimum 16GB RAM, color-accurate monitor recommended
2 Videographers/Photographers
-Own professional camera equipment and editing software
-Proficient with lighting setups, lens selection, and camera settings
-Experience shooting in various conditions (low light, events, portraits, etc.)
-Understanding of storytelling through visual media
-Ability to deliver RAW files and edited final products
-Post-production skills in Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar software
1 Social Media Manager
-Experience managing social media accounts and content calendars
-Strong understanding of platform algorithms and engagement strategies
-Content planning, scheduling, and cross-promotional skills
-Analytics tracking and performance optimization
-Creative writing for captions and promotional copy
-Ability to coordinate with artists for content creation and campaigns

-Intermediate+ skill level (we're not looking for super professionals!)
-Students, self-taught entrepreneurs, and hands-on learners are welcome if you feel your skill set covers the majority of work needed and you're knowledgeable enough to figure out what you don't know

This is a volunteer position to start - perfect for someone building their career or looking to expand their network. As our group generates income, we'll transition to paid positions. We're committed to compensating our team as we grow.
