Many are merely the title copy and pasted in the description with nothing to entice, make it appetizing, or tell a perspective buyer "why should I buy from you" that part is key with the best listings getting the sale. My approach is a bit different than most. I am an "outside the box thinker" no cliche' just how I think and how I operate business. I pride myself to strategize almost on the spot.
With any new perspective client I expect many questions on both ends. I learn about your product(s) from you, perform marketing comparison against the competition. Formulate a plan of action along with your input. Communication is vital, without it, the project is doomed to fail or errors are created instead of effective listings.
I've spent 20+ years mastering formulas how to effectively, create better and more effective listings that get the clicks and hopefully, make the sale. Most sellers lose sight that unlike selling in a retail brick and mortar is a completely different process. Unlike retail, it's you against everyone else not just on the platform but on google with just a few keystrokes, the buyer can't feel your products, taste them or smell them. They only get one sense to use, sight! With that said, if the listing said nothing about the product and or has bad pics, ask yourself how likely would you be buying from a bad listing even if it was what you were looking for and a good price? I can't emphasize how important an appearance can be and what it says about you as a seller. The listing is your pitch, make it your best post, even if a buyer bookmarks your items you've got an in and if you sell them, they will return again and again. It's now your job to maintain the best selling policies and practices.
I've faced and resolved just about every imaginable issue, road blocks and technical glitches on Amazon, ebay and Walmart. I can guarantee it will happen sometime and they are possibly one of the most frustrating factors of doing business on these platforms and this is one of my specialties of resolution. If it's possible to fix, I can and will do do it. I am relentless and seldom give up on an opened case. I've even have gone as far and emailed corp. board members who will ultimately get the problem into the hands of the right dept and person with a 70-30% success rate. I can resolve the good, the bad and the ugly but I can't fix all 3.
