Position: Live Out Personal Assistant
Where: Park Ave, NYC
When: Monday - Thursday, 25-30 hrs
Qualifications: We are looking for a recent college graduate for a entry level office assistant role (possibility for fulltime work in the future) to work in a midtown office in manhattan. Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities include:
• Scanning/filing documents/copying
• Ordering supplies when needed - maintain office supplies
• Light bookkeeping
• Office Maintenance, Quickbooks experience is a major plus.
