Description:
I’m hiring an experienced home office + content/video call setup expert to design and fully set up a compact, minimal, clean, and highly functional workstation within a single 54-inch wide space.
This needs to be optimized for:
Video calls (professional look, flattering lighting)
Audio quality (clear voice, minimal echo, correct mic setup)
Recording setup (simple, reliable workflow for filming/recording at home)
Aesthetic (minimal, clean, premium feel, no clutter)
I already have most essentials, but I still need solutions for:
A compact file cabinet (or alternative storage solution)
A space for a home printer (ideally hidden or neatly integrated)
Cable management and a clean “always ready” desk layout
What I need from you:
In-person visit to assess the space and layout options
Recommend the best desk layout + storage plan for a 54” wide setup
Provide a complete shopping list (links preferred) for anything I should buy online
Set everything up (mount/position lights, audio, camera angles, background, cable management)
Optional: quick final test on Zoom/Google Meet to confirm lighting/audio look perfect
Ideal candidate:
Has real experience setting up home offices, YouTube/podcast setups, or professional Zoom studios
Strong understanding of lighting placement (key/fill, softbox vs panel, practicals)
Strong understanding of audio (mic options, room treatment, echo reduction)
Good taste: minimal + clean setups
Can work fast and leave the space looking perfect
