compensation: 30-45 Per hour
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (a plus) b
Experience with the following:
• 3+ years’ experience providing hardware and software support in the AEC industry (architecture, engineering, and construction).
• Experience with Computer aided design (CAD) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) systems.
• Experience supporting and optimizing PC hardware, drivers, firmware, with Windows 10 & 11 operating systems. Familiarity with MacOS, IOS, and Android.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting multi-tiered application ecosystems.
• Experience working with enterprise systems in a cloud hybrid or cloud only environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows networking.
• Experience in packet capturing and analysis technologies.
• Superior problem solving and analytical skills related to network security hardware, software solutions, and application environments.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with a customer service focus.
• Ability to work independently and in a group.
• The candidate should possess good documentation abilities.
• Availability to provide 24 X 7 on-call support on a rotational basis.


• Knowledge of common technology in the AEC space: Deltek, Newforma, Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, Adobe CC, and other Autodesk apps.
• Knowledge of and experience with SSO, PKI, MFA solutions.
• Knowledge of or experience with Autopilot Intune.
• Experience supporting networks and multi-function printers.
• Windows, Networking, and/or Security Certifications are desirable.
• Microsoft certifications are a plus. Example: MD-102, or AZ-900.
