**Hey everyone, you can call me “Dan The Man.” Thanks for taking the time to read this — I know it’s a lot, but I promise it’s worth it.**
I’m starting a fitness program and movement to build a community and share what I’ve learned over 20+ years of training in calisthenics, weightlifting, strongman, and martial arts.
### Here’s a bit about me and what I offer:
**Calisthenics:**
I learned calisthenics on the streets — through creativity, trial and error, and the wisdom of others. I still train regularly and focus on endurance, strength, mobility, and conditioning.
**Rucking:**
I’m passionate about weighted walking and hikes — I’ve even rucked from Westchester to Coney Island carrying a 20-pound pack.
**Weightlifting:**
Started at 17 with bodybuilding, but now I focus on functional, safe, and intense training that strengthens your body, mind, and soul.
**Strongman:**
I train with some very strong athletes and specialize in lifting and carrying odd objects. This builds unique strength and mobility — and it’s open to everyone, including women who want to become strongwomen.
**Martial Arts:**
I’ve practiced martial arts for over 20 years, including wrestling, catch wrestling, sambo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, boxing, Muay Thai, kickboxing, and 52 Blocks. I’ve trained at respected gyms and under accomplished coaches, including my Golden Gloves father.
I’ll teach you real-world self-defense, pad work, basic striking, and grappling techniques — no “woo-woo” nonsense, just practical skills. Sparring will be light and controlled, only for those serious about it.
**Nutrition:**
While I’m happy to share my own experience and thoughts, nutrition isn’t my specialty. For serious guidance, please consult a nutritionist or dietician.

### What to expect:
* I don’t have official certificates yet, but my experience and results speak for themselves.
* I’m nearing 40 and still outperform many younger athletes.
* To prove it, your **first class is free**, and the **second is half price** — sessions last 1–2 hours and are tailored to your goals and fitness level.
* We’ll start with a fitness assessment, then work out at an intensity that suits you.
* No crazy “kill you” workouts right away — everything progresses at your pace.
---
### Logistics:
* Most sessions will be outdoors at convenient meeting spots.
* If you have a gym membership that allows guests, we can train there too.
---
### A few important notes:
**Serious inquiries only.**
Do NOT message me about anything sexual or inappropriate — this is not the place, and those messages will be ignored.
My focus is on building strength — mental, physical, and spiritual.
Thank you for your time and energy. OSU! Namaste!
