The class curriculum consists of QiGong training and the Yang style short form which consists of 37 postures as developed by Professor Cheng Man-Ch'ing.

T'ai Chi Ch'uan (translated as "The Supreme Ultimate Fist") is a system of exercise for control of the physical body, the conscience mind and the living spirit. The goal is to achieve complete harmony of the mind, body and spirit (breath).
