We spent all spring getting ready to show off our summer bodies. Now is the time to rise to action so we don't fall' to the holidays.

It's that time of year again. Goodbye, "sweltering heat and mosquitos"! Hello, "pumpkin spice everything - Halloween candy temptation - thanksgiving - extended family stay - Christmas/Chanukah/Kwanzaa - all you can eat - most stressful time of the year"!

That's right: "Winter is coming"... but fear not 😉 Together we will make your holidays healthier and have that "summer body" all year round.

*To work with the instructor one on one submit your name, age, weight, height, and fitness goals to be scheduled for your initial assessment!
