The size is 38R but it fits loose, almost as if this is an overcoat. Overcoats are typically worn on top of a suit jacket or blazer, and its length should cover the knees.
On the inside, there are two chest pockets. There is also a glove pocket on the inside, left side.
The rear has one vent.
