We are a vendor management firm for the HR supply chain.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will support our Client Engagement Team in helping our clients analyze, define, and execute strategies to achieve strategic goals in key business areas within HR supply chain.
To enable these highly visible results, our ideal candidate will utilize their analytics-focused HR, benefits, or related experience to liaise with our client’s internal staff as well as their vendors (and other subject matter experts) to align on project goals and ensure execution. You will utilize Microsoft Office tools as well as strong research and communication skills to support project delivery through data and process analysis, interpretation and reporting of various findings, assisting with project management and status reporting, and contributing to the structuring, writing, and delivery of client presentations.
