I spent years as an entrepreneur, always busy, always “on.”
Outwardly successful, but inside, I was losing touch with myself.
When my body finally refused to stay quiet, I chose to pause.
I traveled to Kyoto, Shangri-La, and Chiang Mai — not to become a therapist,
but to return home to myself. From that return, SENARi was born.
Today, I offer private bodywork in Midtown Manhattan.
Each session begins with a card and a breath, then moves with scent, stretch, sound, and touch — slow, intuitive, and with care.
Most of my clients are professional men seeking stress relief, better sleep, and a deeper connection with their bodies.
