FULLY VENTED AND RESTAURANT SPACE WITH NEW HVAC. Previously the home of Annisa for 17 years, this space has been vacant for several years while owner awaited approvals for new venting and HVAC services. We are on the final legs of putting in new duct work with inline exhaust fan, connected to existing hood.
