Beautiful vintage Van Briggle seashell pottery piece in a classic turquoise glaze, made in Colorado Springs. Founded in the early 1900s, Van Briggle is one of America’s most historically significant art pottery makers, known for pioneering matte glazes and hand-crafted designs during the Arts and Crafts movement. This piece features an elegant shell form with soft, flowing lines, making it both decorative and functional. It is in very good condition with no noticeable chips or cracks and is clearly marked on the base. A lovely addition for collectors or anyone looking to add a touch of authentic American art pottery history to their home.
