Although this is a Stieff (Famous German stuffed animal maker - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steiff) it is missing its tag, which explains the low price. Low price, you scoff! That's right. Just check out what people are selling our buddy Jocko for on those well known auction sites and then get back to me. Jocko is 1950's - 60's era, so he's lived through a lot of children, but still has all his hair! Both his arms and legs move up and down, but do not bend.
In case it isn't obvious, this is an antique, and not really a toy for children.
My mom collected antiques her entire life. She loved going to flea markets and thrift stores in search of hidden treasures. Now that she has passed I am selling off her collection.
