This is a beautiful old powder jar with an Art Nouveau lily pattern on its Repoussé Silverplate lid. Patented 1904. Would not be out of place on a Victorian era Vanity Table. There is a star pattern on the bottom and a serrated vertical line pattern around the side. This jar measures approximately 3” tall and 4” across. The glass is heavy and 1/4” thick. It is in good vintage condition. There is a patent date on the inside of the lid, June 1904. Similar type jars sell for much more on well known auction sites.
My mom collected antiques her entire life. She loved going to flea markets and thrift stores in search of hidden treasures. Now that she has passed I am selling off her collection.
