Warm, rustic wall sconce with plenty of character. Solid wood backboard (scalloped edges, dark stain) and black iron hardware. Two heart-shaped side brackets each hold a taper, there’s a center candle cup, and a hinged swing-arm at the bottom brings a fourth candle out for extra light. Lovely aged patina, wax residue, and small scuffs from use — exactly the primitive/country look.
Era: Mid-century Colonial Revival (c. 1950s–70s)
Materials: hardwood backboard, black-painted steel/iron hardware
Features: 3 fixed holders + 1 swing-arm holder; ready-to-hang sawtooth on back
Condition: sturdy; cosmetic wear, light surface rust and wax consistent with age (see photos)
